Meeting Called to Order: C Friesner called meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.

Meeting Attendees: Rachel Espe, Bob Thompson, Kyle Monson, Lolli Cooper(virtual), Carl Friesner, Chris Homyak, Samantha Mcquatters-Spangle, Karen Ketchmark
Approval of Agenda: C Friesner addressed the room and asked if an item needed to be added or removed from the printed agenda? No objection C Friesner made a motion to approve agenda; C Homyak seconded. Motion passed.
LBAE 2024 Meeting Minutes: Read by all supervisors, C Friesner made a motion to approve; C Homyak seconded. Motion passed.
Supervisor C Friesner acknowledged assessor Bob and gave him the floor.
Assessor Thompson provided packets; the first detailing the Lutsen sale study data with 42 sales accepted; 28 residential improvements, 7 residential vacant land, 2 seasonal recreational vacant land and 5 rural vacant land, there were 21 rejected sales. The second packet is from the department of revenue detailing the prism record information detailing the jurisdiction, description and price changes depending on acreage, new construction or value changes. Apartments specifically in Lutsen went increased by two and half million dollars because Lutsen Resort properties are now classified as apartments. The third packet is over 21 pages with all of the parcels of loots and taxable listings; the golf course Heritage, Superior National and mobile homes all have prices changes. Supervisors reviewed the listings and changes made over the last year.
No public appeals presented.
Three assessor recommendations were scheduled but no representees were present during the meeting; further action and appeals can be taken at the county boards meeting. Supervisor C Friesner made a motion to approve recommendations. L Coooper seconded. Motion passed.
C Friesner made a motion to adjourn; C Homyak seconded. Motion passed and meeting adjourned at 6:14 p.m.
