Lutsen Township Requesting Bid/Quote ‍

For Town &Fire Hall Snowplowing & Snow Removal ‍

Lutsen Township will be accepting quotes from qualified service providers for the purpose of engaging in a contract to snowplow at the Lutsen Town and Fire Hall, 116 Caribou Trail, Lutsen MN for the 2026-2027 winter season. Plowing of the Town and Fire Hall property shall commence with the first snowfall of 3” or greater and shall continue as necessary throughout the winter months. If removal is necessary contractor will arrange/do work.   Plowing quotes shall be based on a per-snowfall event. Minimum requirements: Contractor must carry a minimum liability insurance policy of no less than $1,000,000 as well as worker’s compensation coverage as required by law. Proof of insurance must accompany quote. Written quotes must be received no later than Friday October 16, 2026 via USPS to Lutsen Township, PO BOX 151, Lutsen MN 55612 or by email to Lutsentownship@gmail.com.

Lutsen Township will be accepting quotes from qualified service providers for the purpose of engaging in a contract to sand at the Lutsen Town and Fire Hall, 116 Caribou Trail, Lutsen MN for the 2026-2027 winter season. Sanding of the Fire Hall property shall commence with an icy parking lot or sidewalk conditions and continue as necessary throughout the winter months. Sanding quotes shall be based on a per-ice build-up event. Minimum requirements: Contractor must carry a minimum liability insurance policy of no less than $1,000,000 as well as worker’s compensation coverage as required by law. Proof of insurance must accompany quote.
